One foot in the matter and one foot in the spirit

The writer Carlos Castaneda constantly quote in his books the spiritual wisdom of a shaman known as Don Juan. One of the best tips offered by Don Juan is that people must live with one foot in the material world and one foot in the spiritual realm.
For the last thousand years have existed in this world many political, religious and social conflicts among others. If people get too involved in such conflicts they risk end tucked into a maze where it can be difficult to find a way out. When we have a foot in the spirit and one foot in the matter, we recognize that we are eternal spirits and that this world is just an illusion created by the thoughts and intents of the spirits embodied in the planet.
When we have a foot in the spirit we don’t let us be frustrated by conflicts in this world and live with greater security, happiness, peace and harmony with all around us. When we give space to the spiritual world in our lives, we achieve a more relaxed attitude and it makes us easier to find solutions to the difficulties that we see every day on this planet.

Understanding at a moderate pace

During the last decades, more and more people are interested in seeking information about metaphysics and channeling books that show a truth that goes beyond what have been shown in the mainstream media. It is important to find and understand all this new information at a moderate pace.

When we look for information at a moderate pace we gain a better understanding of the studied ideas. One thing is reading information and understands it and another thing is to integrate the information and form it part of our daily lives. When we read a lot of new information and accumulate it in the brain without leaving time to assimilate it we are creating some kind of short circuit in our mind. It is important to devote time to integrate the information that we have accumulated in the brain.
