Using emotions as a guide

Emotions are very useful when dealing with situations in our lives. The writer, Esther Hicks, has explained several ways to use emotions as a guide in every day situations.
From the scientific and spiritual points of view it have been said that there is a relationship between thoughts and emotions we feel. When we accept as truth harmful thoughts we feel bad and when we accept reasonable and constructive thoughts we feel peace and harmony.
When we are going through a situation and feel unpleasant emotions such as fear or hate means that the vision that we have on this situation is incorrect. Negative emotions are an indication that we have to improve our perspective on this situation. Everything in this Universe is there for a reason and negative emotions exist to help us identify areas where we must improve our consciousness. When we feel peace and harmony means that the perspective that we accept as true in relation to the situation, which we are going through, is correct.
A tool that helps us to improve our consciousness when we go through situations that make us feel in the wrong way is to ask what were the good things that we learned as a result of this situation. When we focus on learning about the negative we're bringing to the mind correct thoughts and we are discarding harmful thoughts. When we intend to improve our awareness on the areas that make us feel bad we are creating greater quality of life and greater emotional well being for us.

The mind follows the heart

mo coonadas"n importancia a las ?os que nos convienen y estamos hechando a un lado los pensamientos que no nos convienen.
A subject that is discussed in metaphysics is the relationship between the mind and the heart. If we want to live in harmony and balance it is important to keep the mind following our hearts.
The brain is like a type of organic machine that has as one of its main functions produce thoughts. The brain produces thoughts that are helpful and harmful to us. When we consciously keep our mind following our heart we are choosing the thoughts that are good to us and we are throwing aside the thoughts that hurt us.
People follow his heart when they give importance to the intuition or like some people say "trust your guts". The heart is the part of our body that is connected with our infinite spiritual essence that always knows the right path to follow.
Making the mind follow the heart is a process that can take time to fully understand and put into practice. The heart, sometimes talk to us in a slow and silent way. It is important to be in a state of tranquility or practice meditation to understand the heart.
