The Universal Law of giving and receiving

Since ancient times it has been said that the Universe is governed by Universal Laws that affect everything we think and do. One of the laws that everyone should know about is the giving and receiving Universal Law.

From the metaphysics point of view it has been said that everything is energy and whenever we do something we are investing energy and whenever we receive something from other people we are absorbing energy. If, for example, a person spends many hours and effort to do something without receiving anything in return, this person takes the risk of ending up feeling frustrated and overwhelmed. The feeling of overwhelming is indicative that a person is investing too much energy and not recovering the invested energy. Our bodies can be compared to the gasoline tanks that motor vehicles have. If we use the fuel without refilling the tank, the motor vehicle stops. In the same way, if people invest much energy to do something and they are not receiving energy in exchange, our bodies cease to function properly and as a result we feel overwhelmed.

If you do a simple favor to a person without asking anything in return, usually there is no problem because the invested energy in doing this favor is minimal. However, when we do a job that takes us several hours a day for months or years, even if it is for a noble and just cause, it is important to ask something equitable in exchange because otherwise we would end up exhausted and not wanting to continue. It is important to be in tune with the Universal Law of giving and receiving if we want to live a life full of happiness and emotional stability.
