Taking care of our emotional health

Since ancient times is known that emotions affect the physical health of people. Positive emotions such as laughter make us healthier and negative such as stress, depression and anger emotions can affect the health of the body. It is important to take care of the emotional health to maintain a healthy body.

One of the factors that affect the health of the body is when people do not express negative emotions. For example, when people feel anger and do not express it, what they are actually doing is stuffing the negative energy of anger on the body. When there is negative energies in the body because of non expressed emotions, that leads to disease. Many people release negative emotions in many ways such as practicing sports, hitting a punching bag and confronting people with whom we have issues in a respectful manner.

For emotional health it is important to solve the problems in life that cause us anger and frustration and at the same time it is important to seek happiness and inner peace.
